AVIATION MEDICAL EXAMINER

PILOTS IN ARIZONA, NEED YOUR MEDICAL CERTIFICATE?

If you are a pilot, you are periodically required to get a Medical Ceritficate. This certificate needs to be performed by an FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) approved doctor known as an AME (Aviation Medical Examiner).

As you know the FAA requires that each pilot have a medical examination in accordance with his class of airman certificate. Dr. Kim David Johnson is an AME, FAA approved doctor. He is located in Arizona in the Phoenix area. Medical exams for second and third class certificates are only $75. You can usually get an appointment within three working days. Full medical service is available for you and your family members at the same office.

• First Class: for ATR Pilots, valid for 6 months
• Second Class: for Commercial Pilots, valid for 12 months
• Third Class: for Private & Student Pilots, valid for 24 to 36 months
